Spearmint – Calms the mind, eases tension, and supports gentle digestion.

Brewing Instructions:
For a cup: Steep 1 heaping tsp in 8 oz hot water for 5–7 minutes. Cover during steep time to capture all of the medicinal benefits.
For a stronger infusion: Add 1–2 tbsp to 16-32 oz of hot water, cover, and steep 30–60 minutes or place in the refrigerator overnight. Strain and enjoy warm or chilled.
